Terms of service

Rules for using SplitSound during early access. Replace or extend this with counsel-approved terms before a broad launch.

Agreement

By accessing or using SplitSound, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

SplitSound provides AI-assisted audio separation and related features. The product may change, pause, or be discontinued; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to break security, overload systems, or use SplitSound to infringe others' rights—including uploading content you are not allowed to process or redistribute.

Credits & billing

Where credits or paid packs are offered, purchases are subject to the checkout flow and payment provider terms. Fees, taxes, and refund rules may depend on configuration at purchase time.

Intellectual property

SplitSound and its branding remain our property. You retain rights to content you upload, subject to the license we need to run the service for you (processing, storage, and delivery of results).

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. Outputs may be imperfect; you are responsible for how you use separated audio.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SplitSound and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Changes & contact

We may modify these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. For questions, use the contact options published on the site.
