How to request removal of your SplitSound account and associated personal data. Use this page as the “Data deletion instructions” URL in third-party app consoles (for example Meta / Facebook Login).
While signed in, you can remove individual library items from your workspace when the product exposes delete actions for those items. That removes those assets from your active library according to the product behavior at the time of your request.
SplitSound does not yet offer a self-serve “delete my account” button in the app. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data (including sign-in identity and usage records subject to our retention rules), contact us using the same channels described in our Privacy policy (for example builder or community links from the marketing site footer).
Include the email address you use with SplitSound so we can verify ownership. We will confirm receipt and describe any information we must retain for legal or billing reasons, consistent with the privacy policy.
When we process a verified deletion request, we will deactivate or remove your account as applicable and stop using your data for product purposes except where retention is required by law or dispute resolution.
