Depending on how you use SplitSound, we may process account details (such as email from your sign-in provider), usage and technical logs (IP address, device and browser type, timestamps), files you upload for separation, and billing-related records when you purchase credits.
We use this information to run the service, authenticate you, process jobs, improve reliability and security, handle payments where enabled, and communicate about your account when needed.
We use subprocessors as typical for a web app: for example hosting, authentication, storage, and payment processing. We do not sell your personal information. Data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. Exact retention windows may evolve with the product.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, or deletion of certain account data by contacting us. Some requests may be limited by legal or operational requirements (for example billing records).
